Terms and Conditions

§1 General Provisions

  1. The online store CRAZYSHAPES.PL, available at listwyogrodzeniowe.pl, is operated by a company located at ul. Rakowicka 20A, 31-510 Krakow, Poland.
  2. These Terms and Conditions define the rules of using the online store, placing orders, product delivery, making payments, as well as complaint and return procedures.
  3. Placing an order requires acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

§2 Placing Orders

  1. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through the online store.
  2. To place an order, add the selected product to the cart, fill in the delivery form, and complete the payment.
  3. Order confirmation will be sent to the provided email address.
  4. Product prices listed in the store are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN).

§3 Payments

  1. Payments are processed through the PayNow system (mBank S.A.).
  2. Available payment methods: BLIK, bank transfer, payment card.
  3. Order processing begins after the payment is received.

§4 Delivery

  1. Delivery is available within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
  2. Delivery costs depend on the weight and dimensions of the order and are provided individually.
  3. Order processing time is 1 to 5 business days from the moment of payment confirmation.
  4. Shipments are sent via courier companies.

§5 Returns and Complaints

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.
  2. Returned goods must be complete, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  3. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
  4. A refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

§6 Privacy Policy

  1. The personal data controller is the owner of the CRAZYSHAPES.PL store.
  2. Personal data is processed for the purpose of order fulfillment based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
  3. The customer has the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, and transfer their personal data.
  4. Personal data is not shared with third parties, except for courier companies and payment operators to the extent necessary for order fulfillment.
  5. Personal data is stored for the period necessary for order fulfillment and compliance with legal obligations.

§7 Final Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions come into effect on the day of publication in the online store.
  2. The store reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
  3. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
  4. Any disputes shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the store's registered office.
